noise after rebuilt the engine

hii guyz
i rebuilt my engine 3 days back
there is strange noise now
u can hear that when im moving the camera

new pistons and pistons rings
new stem valves with seals
new Head gasket
new thust bearings
new cranck bearings
new oil pump with seals
new timing belt

wht will happen if timing wrong ??

here is the new valves installed with no probelm !!

wht the harms of wrong timing setting ?
