noise from back of engine video inside

As title says getting a squeal from back of engine its not the alternator belt as I have tightened it its not the alternator as I have changed it.

I started it with the belt off and it didn't do it so wandering if it would be the waterpump as it still does it with a different alternator fitted.

Anybody had a waterpump make this noise ?

is the water pump pulley turning?

It turns by hand when the belt is off but didn't look when car is running

Car isn't overheating or anything so I'd think its spinning?

When I fitted the other alternator yesterday the cat warning light came on and battery one so I swapped back to original alternator and it still has the lights on now any ideas

Unless you've got 2 dodgy alternators, the noise is likely to be coming from the water pump.

When those two lights appear on the dash it is either ur alternator is goosed or the belt is slipping

Turns out the lights were on as I dropped ratchet when loosening top alternator bolt hit the live and earthed on alternator so blew main alternator fuse also the squeek was waterpump
