Noise :/

Recently ive had this Air rushing noise coming from my engine after the BOV does its thing.. ( and lol.. its not the BOV noise haha) just recently after giving it too much stick i blew a hole in the exhaust. I obviously got this fixed and got it back and when you drive along after the BOV dumps its load of air its makes a sort of air rushing sound.. is this normal or is air just going back throguh the turbine?? anyone had this ??

Try to adjust your BOV less tight.

Do you need a special tool for this or is it just a matter of turning the screw? thing thing is it does " flutter an awful lot even at low boost..

have you relocated your air element to the front/grille..?

I did move it to the front but recently ( last night ) moved it back up to the top as i need to get an L bend pipe for the turbo. Could this casue the noise?? its a real strange noise though and never done it before.

so you're saying that even before after you'd relocated your air element, the noise was still absent until just recently..?

I relocated it before but on the day but exhaust blew, i couldnt hear no noise due to the imense noise of the blow. i got it all welded up etc and theres just this whooshing noise.. ive moved the air element back to where the standard box goes now so il see if it still does it.

Not got a loose pipe on the turbo or a crack/gap in air piping? Can you rule out boost leak/air escaping from anywhere?

Moved it back to where it was and now its gone ... :S
