hey everyone, im a noob to the site, i just bout my 2nd glanza yesterday kinda cheap but with couple of faults clutch/dampers ect.. what i need advice on so can anyone point me the right way as i get lost on this forum

heres my new glanza that i pickied up 3days ago no major mods its basically standard apart from speedline alloys, powerflow exhaust and tein lowering springs and blitz filter, needs new clutch, rear dampers, maybe turbo and now notice today 2nd gear needs a firm hand :S
