right as of the other day car has been smoking a bit since i got it but didnt think anything of it, but this past week it has got worse, then today i just couldnt see behind me, so i did a compression check

the plugs on 1-2-3 where white and dry and the plug on number 4 was black and has oil on it, could this be the piston rings or what, i really need some help with this guys, im about to hang myself, i have only had the car 2 weeks should i ring the person i bought it off and see if he had issues, because the engine was warm when i picked it up?
