oil cooler kit fitment

Hello, I have one of these oil cooler + relocation kits...

problem is I cannot fit this anywhere, the only way I can get it to fit Is on its side or upside down so the fittings are at the bottom... is it ok to fit this on its side or upside...?
Any help is appreciated...thanks!!

Best to fit the filter relocating housing so its got the filter facing down anyway, makes it easier to change, but try and keep it about the same height as the stock one so its not trying to drain back into the engine when its turned off. It should not matter that the rad sits with the hoses at the top, bottom or side.
