oil feed pipe

hi guys ive just fitted a ss mani and decat and now the oil drainage hose is too short so i'll simply get a longer one. (has anyone had the same problem and bought one from somewhere). and also the oil feed pipe no longer reaches the block next to the oil filter. so im wondering whether to cut it and joint a piece of hose onto that so it reaches. (does anybody know the size of the thinner pipe of the two?)
