Oil for td04 starlet

Right guys gunna do an oil change in the next few days and wondering if I have to use a certain grade of oil now that I'm running a td04, the car is running a bar of boost if you need to know, so just looking for some advice really guys

This. A good 5w40 or 0w40 is what you want (and a good one at that!)
