you trying to mount an oil pressure gauge sender unit?

most people tend to got to an oil filter sandwich plate that has take-offs, like a sard oil cooling block.

looks like this

you can see the oil pressure sender on the bottom

I use this method..

Have a braided oil line going from my block which connects to my oil pressure sender... its called a remote oil pressure connector or something.

This is for a scooby, but he may be able to get them for a starlet..

If you decide to go for the sandwich plate option, you will either have to grind down your powersteering bracket or the sandwich plate as there is no room.
