which wire is this?

im wiring in my HU now and i cant find an on key live.

i've checked all the wires, i fear i may have blown a fuse, my clock also dos'nt work, which im guessing could run on the same on key live.

you need to change a fuse

its in the fuse box under the steering wheel, 15amp one and i think its top one at on the left

^might not be that one but just check them all untill you find it

well i checked all the fuses when i went back out there, but no change, and no blown fuses, unless its one thats blown that dos'nt look it.


i will change the fuse u suggested tommorow, in the end i took a on key live from further up the dash, heater control cluster.

you've deffo chinned a fuse.

I've done it many times, can't remember which one exactly tho.


A handy tip for finding which is acc live, use a multimeter, or a test lamp. Turn the key to acc, and check each wire in the stereo loom to see which one has +12v and 0v when the key is turned back....
