ORC 309 DS info

Anyone know how to tell if a orc bearing is needed, over a stock one? Is there anyway to check without building it all up?

Anyone got a orc/blitz bearing laying around?

Also anyone know the thickness of a brand new friction disc?

any help greatly appreciated!
