Basically i got a parking ticket on my corsa at college over 2 years ago now and then a few a week laters got another on my starlet because it was a new car so didnt have parking permitt for it
they sent me letters saying i need to pay asap but i rung them up saying im only a student i cudnt afford it but they were sending letter every week each going up £10 every time
it got to £150 each so £300 in total when i phone them again and said look your wasteing your time i cant afford stop sending letter so they did
now 2 years on i get a letter this moring from a debt recovery agency saying they want £300 for the parking fine in 7 days
Can they do this after 2 years were do i stand i cant afford £300 im out of work
