Paypal problem

Ive bought an item of ebay and sent a payment through paypal and got an email back saying theyve rejected it because i was not verified,so i got verified and sent it again.problem is the one they said theyve rejected was taken aswel.
I ve emailed them 2-3 times telling them thathey have 2 payments from me and could they return one and have not got a reply since.Any ideas?

well i first said it to them about 2 weeks ago and nothing and then i rang paypal to make sure and they said there was 2 payments sent. then emailed them last week and nothing.

soz didnt realise it was as long as that, paypal should normaly give you a refund as you are protected as a paypal user
