Paypal problems

Is anyone having pay pal problems im trying ot pay for things and just keeps coming up an error page

Only problem im having is verifying as i have but aint had a statement as proof so aint been able to buy nothin for a month and got money rotting lol

spoke to paypal its because my money gose through E Check and i kicked up a fuss about it doing this has it takes 20 odd days so i kicked up a big fuss and there trying to sort it
