you can use a dif email address with that account. you dont need to go to cash point use online banking or ring the bank. my payments were 12p and 11 p lol xxx

i have sold an item on ebay and i havent recived the money yet until the buyer recives my item its on hold until they get the item its a joke, when i recive possotive feedback they send the funds to me.

With your Pay Pal account, you have to wait until you receive your bank balance statement, where you have bought some thing and used Pay Pal, you will see a 4 digit number, make a copy of the number, then go to your Pay Pal account, and use this number after filling out the questions, this will allow you to continue with your account, and should have no more problems after that, Cheers John

its just that i wan an auction aon egay, went to pay for it and it wont let me..
so now its going to take a few days to try sort it out and by that time i might have run out of time to pay and then will get a negative feedback

It's only the same as setting up a bank account... Your bank wouldn't let you spend money without ensuring you've provided the correct information, and that's exactly whay Paypal are doing.

As with anything, setting up's the hard part. When you've provided all the info, it's easy from there on...
