petrol fill hole

hello all, my glanza has a massive hole for filling the petrol up with no flap. just a massive hole. its like chucking a sausage up an alley!

was just wondaring is everyones the same?

i notice that when filling up excessive fumes are escaping which makes me a little nervous, and also when i take the cap off to fill up it always bloody steams petrol fumes out. gets me a little giddy while filling up breathing all the fumes, which is an added bonus, but its more expensive then beer!

is this normal or are most converted to suit our pumps?

eh??? sorry didnt really understand.. are u saying the hole is to big? if yea its normal lol.. the JDM holes are bigger than euro ones.. all u have the the screwable cover etc.. then the outer flap..

yeah sorry i wasnt to clear. it has the outer flap and i have the screw on filler cap, but the actual filler hole is big and has no flap on it like uk cars. was just concerned about all the fumes escaping when filling up.
