They're adjustable, and if you're astute, with some minor mods, you can hide all of the wiring. The bellows could also be stretched slightly to hide the mount (mine is slightly different with a smaller footprint, but can't find it on Ebay).
They look really good as everything's hidden under the bellows and minimal mods to the pillar trim
