Pls Help Valve guides and stem seals

Stem seals just grip them and pull them out with a normal tool that can go inside.(Sory dont know the proper word for it).You will need new one so dont worry if damaged.
Valve guides are more complicate and need to boil the head at 120 degrees and then hamer them with a special tool like a valve stem with a stop and a point to the other end to hammer it.
Then the reverse job for fitting new one but i usually do it with dry ice in a hot head so they can go inside only by hand pressure (with glove ofcource).
I suggest to go to a specialist for this job as it may need somework to the length of them or their internal diametre.
