problem with head light..

alright lads.. can anyone help me with this problem, when i turn on my head lights on full one bulb works perfect and the other one only half lights up (if ye get me) i bought blue 100w ones for it the other day stuck m into it and they wont light up at all.. can anyone help me as my glanza is going for nct and i need to fix this problem..cheers

i dno about before when only one lit up proper, but with neither lighting up, all I could immediatly think of is have you checked ure fuse box, sounds bit of silly explanation but might be

checked all de fuses man.. all good.. hardly a relay would it..
