Problem with my account

Had to pay a fee today as my account was about to expire. Its paid but im only allowed 400 messages on the inbox now. The same thing happened a few months ago.

you should have received a PM from me on 13th Oct regarding your trading position. It appears you have paid for a paid membership when you need to pay for a trading position.

Once I have had a response to the PM I sent I can act on refunding your paid membership if you wish to renew your trader position.
