Question about boost delay

Hi! Fellow EPs ^.^
I have a question about boost, lately i did install boost meter and adjust boost to 0.7 bar. I found that the boost coming kind of slow according to my likey.
Before, 2K to 3K rpm its low boost, and 3k rpm above its fully boost at 0.65.
After, i found that 2k rpm to 6k rpm, its low boost, and 6K rpm above its only fully boost up to 0.7bar.

May i know is it normal that the boost only fully boost at 6k rpm?

Stock turbo? Stock boost controller? Actuator?

With CT9 you should have full boost at ~3k rpms...

Yes. im currently still using Stock Ct9, But im already by pass Stock Boost controller.
Actually im using Ep91's engine on Ep82.
Meaning, there is somethings wrong with the boost or the stock wastegate?

The 1st gear very very low boost, 2nd gear low boost.

This is by pass Boost Controller.

1st Gear is low boost, and 2nd gear fully boost at 5Krpm.

Hi ,
Check for a cracked manifold or vaccum leak somewhere, make sure to check your actuator or try another one as this controls your boost levels.

also check intercooler pipes if you have them

Thanks, i think thats the higher possible that the actuator might have problem. let me send to my mechanic and check.
