quick engine questions

First can u drive and use a gt turbo without a dumpvalve? i havent heard if it will damage the engine or not as im new with turbos?
Secondly id love to know where i could get my hands on a nur spec exhaust as they sound unreal if anyone knows? or what are peoples opinions on a decat just because i have an apexi super megaphone backbox which sounds well anyway...

I have been running my car for near 3years with no dump valve, dont like them...

For the blitz nur spec I got mine from monster motor sport the were by far the cheapest on the net. It came no more than 2 days from me paying for it too!
As for the dump valve there as been lots of topics been don all ready on this subject I would use the search box and see what turns up it wont damage the engine directly tho but the turbo well I will let the search answer that one!
