It's a funny definition of lucky...A couple of months ago I had a head on smash with a heavy flatbead truck (the ones with the built in cranes) and got away with minor injuries despite my car being totally wrecked, people said I was lucky. However seconds before the crash I decided against turning right because I thought the road I was on was safer. Had I turned right I'd never have known what a lucky escape I'd had. So, I doubt the legless ex-audi owner feels lucky...
