radiator drain plug?

Hi guys noticed i have coolant leaking from my drain plug on the radiator plug..

its not the actual plug its the little tube thats points downwards that the coolant is leaking out of..i get a drop every few seconds..

do i need a new plug as the rubber ring may be perished or is it anything else?

You sure its no leaking from the drain plug, and seaping round towards the "nipple" therefor looking like its leaking from there?

if its leakin from the drain plug, take the plug out an wrap some ptfe tape round the plug. i had a problem with mine a while back

possibly was dark couldnt really see alot could just see water dripping from there..it may be ill see if i can get another plug and see if that does it..do u think some sealent round the end would work?
