rite guys i removed my rad to fit a new manifold and turbo and took of the air con compresser off at the same time, after i stuck it all back together all was fine and bk together as it should be...
while bleeding the rad with the heating turned up max on hot it took nearly 15 mins for the termosata to open and heated up the bottom rad pipe and left the car running till the fan cut in.... but it didnt turn on after 25mins so switched it manualy just to cool the water before switching it off incase it caused any internal damage

could there be any thing i have mised or not pluged back in (the fan plug is pluged bk in and i have bridged the air con plug to fan dont stay on) could it be any thing to do with the air con compresser being removed??

any advice or help will be

Or you could have bridged out the air con sensor plug on the right hand side with a bit of wire, and it works as normal then....

Have you checked the rad fan relay?
