radiator hose problem??

Hey people,so i noticed something the other day...When i rev the car in the boost zone the upper radiator hose is starting to swell...not much but as i rev it more it gets bigger...any ideas? head gasket maybe?

sounds like it could be headgasket if its pressurising the cooling system.

do you have any other symptoms?

you should get away with moving the car, but i would drive it carefully somewhere to get it checked out/fixed

Nothing is leaking,nothing is burning through the exhaust,coolant level is the same,temperature normal...dunno what else there could be showing...it drives normally tho...

garages should be able to test for hydrocarbons in the coolant. or you can buy your own tester. its called the 'sniffer test'

headgasket symptoms always depends on how it has failed. yours sounds like its just starting so if you catch it early, you wont do any damage.
