Radio airiel is too long lool what can i do to better it

the radio airiels on glanzas r stupidly long and ugly what can i do to make it better looking so i can use my radio without being embarased lol

does it still work? still looks wack lol ive found somthin on ebay that plugs in to the stereo same as the adapter and its a wire conecting to a sticker aerial thing that mounts anywer on the car i might get it hea hav a luk
