Rear anti roll bar fitting

Hi i have a rear antiroll bar fitted on my ep81 châssis. So the shocks are for the na. now if i fit coilovers will i need to re drill holes for the brackets ?
Hope your understand what i mean ;) thanks
Also the ajustable Panhard rod should ne installed before the rarb?

For exemple if the car is dropped 5mm do i need make holes 5mm up to fit rarb brackets so the bar is not tensioned
