It's a bit time consuming but its not too hard.

You will need a rbc piston tool....http://www.tm-developments.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=31_32_15&products_id=1096

And the rebuild kits can be got from Camskill. Its definately worth taking a couple of hours over a weekend to do them!!...even though they only account for about 20% of brakeing power.
I'd say 85% of starlet rear calipers have some kind of fault, seized, leaking, blocked bleed nipple..etc.

Only to be expected....there getting old now!

Get new pistons for the rears. Chances are they will be fucked. Only change the piston and piston seals and the dust seal. You could find your self getting into trouble if you go any ferther. If you take the rear caliper totaly apart good luck. Dose get quite fiddley!

I know for a fact that cars left sitting idle for long periods or used in really bad weather and/or driving conditions suffer brake component failure. Give your car a frequent clean (including the undercarriage - pressure washes work magic here) and take it out for walks too.. :) lol
