rear discs... how to remove????????? :)

Hi guys,
havent been on here for ages hope ur all well

ermm wantd to know how to remove rear discs??? as i having trouble taking them off..

i have taken off the rear caliper & gave the disc a good hammering but still doesn't want to move!?

any easy way of removing the rear discs if anyone has experienced them before???

any help will be much appreciated..
