Hi mate,
It not too difficult to do to be honest, But it does mean seperating the trim completly and then breking the seal off the badge (easily re-seal).
Once you have taken the badge apart just sand back with some very fine grade wet-or-dry (patience is key). Then spray the colour you want.
Ive done 2 of mine now. Helps that im in the bodyshop
