Rebuild Book

I have been search all over the place to see where i can buy a good manuel/book/pdf on how to properly rebuild my 4EFTE engine. It would be great if i can get it in pdf format. Anyone knows where i will be able to pay and have it downloaded from the net? It would be very helpful guys cause i want to know how my engine works and how to fix it.
