Right Liam.....I had issues with this car when i had it......Turned it on it ran but was flat when i reved it it neally cut out, Conpression test came back with nothing! what was wrong? Cracked pistons due to poor fueling! it would be worth a try getting it stripped down, and if thats not the case take the engine out and start fresh remember theres ALLWAYS an answer to a problem!

If you want i will come up with my two mates both Toyota machanics see what we can come up with?

Yeah man, don't get rid! Would be a shame to let it go for so little when it could be feck all of a problem! I'd take Si up on his offer an let him an his mates have a gander to see if they can find owt! And if it you find the problem and it ends up being costly, just sell it then :)

hi dude nope still not fixed i have given up im afraid thankyou for everyone that has tried to help me, i really really appreciate it you taking time to help a stranger out, i think that this weekend i have a px deal on the agenda but never fear im staying with the starlet club buts its a gt :) would of preferred cash though if im honest.

yeah changed them with no difference at all i'v spent an awfull lot of money on the car and got nothing from it,at least now i can work at my own pace, and get to know the car and work on it and turn it into exactly what i want, its a decent base spec to start on.

unfortunatly the car has now been sold, but never fear i now have a gt :D
