Remove door cards and removing window motor

Hi guys,

Another silly question, but last weekend I spent quite a bit of time doing it WRONG, so here goes:

What's the correct way to remove the damn door cards on an EP91 ?

Also, if I were to remove the window power motors, is it easy to replace them with turning handles ?
