Replace bearings/bolts ???

Engine is coming out over the weekend for a headgasket change and block/head being skimmed.

Do i need to replace bottom end bearings and all the other things down there lol ?

Engine has just covered around 10k since rebuilt.

I would inspect the bearing condition since you have only covered 10k, but for peace of mind you can really replace them, especially if the car is going to have a higher state of tune. Head bolts will definantly need to be replaced as they will have stretched.
