Replacing Dash Bulbs

I was replacing the bulbs in my dash today on my Gt, using this guide.

But I cant figure out how to remove the bulb behind the heater console.

Any ideas?

From what I remember there is a back panel that screw off and its just a twist out job on the circuit board?
