Replacing Stock shocks!

Hi Dear Experts,

I want to lower my car..wanna give it the looks but only after knowiing its correct to do it..and with the correct advice..

My stock shocks are really bad..I thought of replacing new stock..also when it comes to coils ...do I need to replace them too..How do i know whether they are bad too.. i wanna keep it stock..I restored her from scratch....Do coild tend to loose tention as whot happen to shocks ..

Also whot are my options of replacing used coilovers..a good rand like TRD but(USED)..What do u recon..Used TRD branded or new stck..Also If I get used coilover I get both shock and coil.

Pls advice..

bud if i was you i would go buy a brand new set of coilovers as some of the traders on here are doin them at great prices now like dave @ tmd or tuning developments i say this cause buyin 2nd hand ones doesn always work out great as they can get fucked quiet easily
