is there any kind of rule against people giving negative reputation just because they got one?

as im a bit annoyed i got one from someone i left negative rep just because i left him one!

Most of mine are greean but theres a few blueish ones??

red is neg rep blue are from members who rep dont count yet

Unfortunately some people take their rep really seriously and get very bitter if it is taken away! As has been said, the admin can take any stupid rep away.
