restriction in silicone hose!

i have a bmc air filter and this is causing me to get boost creep i was wondering if anyone knows how to put a restriction in the silicone hose?
what would i use and how??
any sugestions?

Crude but effective tie a tie wrap around the silicone pipe and tighten it.


Or use a large jubilee clip.

sort it properly. and fix the wastegate issue. if the wastegate is up to the job you dont need to restict the intake.

Nothing wrong with temporaraly restricting the intake.

plus i am skint!!! for now i will do that, then i am going to get a hks actuator and mite get the wastegate ported depends on how much its going to cost me!
