What loom did you change? The rev counter signal is a black wire with a silver bar on it, it goes from the ignitor to the diagnostic plug (IG-) then into the cabin, to the dash.
Check that black wire from the diagnostic plug to the clocks.
Does it go from diagnostic plug to Ecu?the engine loome didn't tink it branches off to clocks?
How does it get from the diagnostic plug to the back of the clocks 2 different looms!Yes, it goes through the big square plug just under the heating controls. If you pick up the wire at the cluster, use a multi meter to see if it goes to the daignostic plug.
when i fitted rev counter clocks to my ep85 that didnt come with them i just took the rpm wire from the wiring that plugs into the internal fusebox and ran it up to the clocks as i couldnt find the wire at the clock end and didnt feel like unwrapping the loom to find it. im sure it was a white wire though!!!?
