rev problems

ive got a slight problem with the revs on start up. sometimes when i start the car the revs go up and down and if i leave it long enough they will go low enough to stall.

Try turning the idle adjustment screw it's under a rubber bung seems everyone is having idling problems lately

also when its idling when warmed up if i press the accelerator down abit the car will stall could this be the throttle positioning switch?

sounds exactly like when I forgot to re-solder the MAP Sensor wire when I removed my FCC...is your car running very rich as well and has a very lumpy idle?
