Review: J Performance Exhaust

Well i paid for my J Performance exhaust on the 31st October and still dont have it, I had to phone Dave a few weeks ago to enquire what the delay was. he said trouble with supplier and should be 7 to 10 days. 10 days is over now and no update from him whatsoever, imo v v bad service at the moment as I would expect to be updated after shelling out almost £300.

Hopefully ill get an update soon

i had to wait ages to get mine aswell mate but i have it now so you should get it soon its not dave's fault the supplier is messing him about i think, as for giving you an update iam sure he will when he gets any news its worth the wait mate it looks amazing bit of kit..... mine will be going on 12th december so ill review it then and put up some vids

Thanks buddy, just miffed that I havnt even had a "The suppliers have delayed it again, so it will be another 'x' number of days"

what about there decats for the ct9 there looked good, but are they, I dont think you can fault with there exhusta tho looks good.

tbh mate, its prob all made in the same factory by the same machines and people, just differently labeled!

whats that got to do with a J Performance Exhaust?? did you read the title of the thread? and are you trying to imply that because your mate got one of there mani's and it looked "horrendous and very "autobahn" ish" that therefor the exhausts are shit because thats how its coming across and i can tell you now there not as i own one and am very happy with it.

As long as your happy then thats cool.
But personally i wouldnt touch another JDM system. May look all shiney and pretty, but its garanteed to fall to bits.

That's what i was wondering all along, this thread seems to have gone along without anyone actually commenting on what the thread title was all about, a happy customer sounds good to me.

i would perhaps go with a custom jobby as mentioned above, being a bit naive and unaware of the implications and time involved puts me off somewhat, i also don't want anything too loud aswell and the comment of it sounding 'nuts' makes me think it may well be a tad loud for me.

happy customers please come forth !

He isn't talking about your system dude, he was referring to my Blitz. J Performance is not JDM.


Rory I know what you mean although the Blitz is stainless and not mild. I wouldn't buy another Mild steel exhaust, yes I agree they fall to bits!

Most JDM systems will fall to bits, ive seen enough of them.
I never once said anything about the J Performance / Japspeed / Burwash Blitzt replica exhaust.

Are you still due to get it fitted on the 12th? Must say, does look smart :)
