revs die

Hello iv got an ep82 gt with hks actuator and a front mount and airfilter but when i rev the car it feels like its dies and kinda mis-fires... totaly clueless iv checked for boost leaks and there are none?? any advice?? cheers.

have you washed under the bonnet lately?i had this problem if you have remove dizzy cap spray wd40 and try, does it drive ok out road or just when you rev it?

it does it all the time under load, if you half throttle it does rev up but under full throttle it dies and only revs to 3000.. wondering wether a tps problem might cause this?

Is it fuel cut, does the CEL flash on?

No deffo not fuel cut, cars running .7 of a bar and had an fcd fitted when it was doing it, iv taken the fcd off now to see if anything changed but it hasnt

Does this happen when stationary or only when driving the car?

this just started happening to me the other day and now that i think about it i gave the bay an oul clean out so maybe that has caused it.

symtoms are when under load its like a misfire or the revs die off. only happens when my foots hard down, it doesnt happen unless your on the road.

sounds like a bit water in the dizzy or plugs

in really bad instances, you may also have oil in your plug silos -- happened to me since my cam cover plug silo seals have perished so during heavy breathing, oil seeps into the plug silos and floods them out, similar to when you go for an engine wash and these areas are not protected. i'd put my money on these. either the plug silos, dizzy or even poor grounding..
check and report..
