Rising Rate Fuel Pressure Reg Question

I'm thinking about buying a rising rate fpr and fcd for my glanza do I need to keep the old standard fpr there and install the new one behind it? As I have heard some people have done that before is that needed or can I just get the fpr installed and get rid of the old fpr? Cheers Dean.

i just fit the new fuel reg and bin the old one mate

yeah and set it at 45psi at idle with the vacuum pipe off, pretty sure thats about right!!
