As said mates done it loads of times... Very strange. How can they turn you down if your covered? I mean if there was a good reason they would turn my mate down too....

Don't have a clue, she said all insurance certificates must be originals and not fax copys or print outs... I asked to speak to her manager just to clarify and her manager agreed with her...
