Its not the L its a 13G mate. The TD04L from scoobies is a 13T as Iv found and the only 13G variants are found on certain Volvo's and are the TD04HL versions . . . Jones36 may like to expand on this further but either way exceptional result with a nice power curve including nice spool up . . .

I could of swore the turbo that Nick is using is from a Subaru WRX within the years of 2001 - 2005.
That would mean it is a TD04L 13g turbo which is it commonly simply known as TD04L here? Its the same turbo.
Ps. It is commonly believed that the stock turbo on a WRX is 13g, but I found an article to suggest they are actually 13T. But regardless of that, the max CFM of the 13T is about 400 CFM and the 13g 360 CFM.
So, even it is a 13T they are only good for 270-280hp which falls in line with what me and other gets on this turbo at the max of its efficiency. Apparantly, the turbo's don't last too long at 1.4bar if overly used, so going to save high boost for special occassions from now on!

Good to meet you properly Nick! Your car was mental, managed to arrive just as it was going on the rollers. There were some mega nice cars there! Who was the lad who asked if i wanted to buy his white starbo? I saw it drive past us again on the way back home, looked evil coming towards us! Would love it if i was after a white one. Did you get any vids of the cars on the road?

Was a great result to nick, and i think i speak for the majority of us all when i say that im slightly dubious about the graph and results, as other people have got similar set ups and alot less results, hopefully the other rolling road will prove that what you ie tuning developments have done is break through results in the starlet world.

I Agree its alot from a TD04 which is why im not doubting its not correct but i don't understand why it could be so far out, all other figures of the day were spot on tbh but once again as i keep saying we will take it to another dyno right away as i wanna know the true figures.thats an awsome result nick, it is a lot from a td04 though,
hopefully you be able to work the same wonders for my car nick

Thanks about my car Hey Dan, i agree about the figure it can't be right but i can't understand how it can be so far out? All other figures of the day were spot on to past figures so i'm not sure! we will find out though

Nick said his wheels were spinning in 4th, so I doubt they measured from the hubs!

THOR racing are not accurate, im told they read quite high but it was not done there anyway, I will be going somewhere else for another reading
Yeah it was not measured at the hubs hence why it spun up on the dyno on the first run :haha:
I don't want to get into the spec of that power until i've had to down somewhere else to compare
