ross pistons

im rebuilding my engine , if i put ross pistons and rings, rods in do i need any other internal mods along with them?
ive 97 Glanza by the way with 4branch decat ,catback ,standard turbo etc

Turbo depends on what you want from the car

the point of the forged bits is that it can take a lot more stress/heat. so you can use a bigger turbo @ more boost without the pistons failing (aslong as you have correct fuel management that is)

What he said. Forged internals dont = bhp, they should help you cope with more power and boost better than standard jobbies

whos doing this build? and why?are you planing on going over 250bhp? and pistons are 74mm..i wouldnt use them to be honest ya want a fresh clean new bore
