RX-8 injectors , 550cc

anyone running the RX-8 550cc injectors ? im guessing there a straight fit ..

Flow Rate in CC per minute: 550CC/min @ 43.5 PSI or 3 BAR
Resistance: 13.9 ohms
Voltage: 8-15 Volts, nominal 13.5 Volts
Amperage: 1.0 Amps
Pressure: Min 30PSIG/ Max 100PSIG

proven to be very good in mx5's (same fitment as a starlet) i would/will use them on my mx5 turbo when i up the power some more

Ah the yellow jackets, good injectors, high resistance, Denso too and so ticks all the boxes for use on a EP. Can confirm they are a direct fit and the connector from the EP loom onto this injector is also the same. I got my set flow tested and they actually came out 450cc @ 3bar pressure. Anyway they are good for 280hp @ 3 bar pressure + 80% injector duty, but are really capable of alot more in reality depending on how you have your fuel system setup. Jus' watch out for the cheap chinese replicas!

Thanks for the confirmation .. they must be identical to the rx-7 injectors as they run about 425cc . Im guessing the rx-8 runs more fuel pressure to make 550cc, or maybe slightly different ohms.

I will try and get a set of these or the RX-7 NA 460cc - Red Top #195500-2010
maybe even the RX-7 Turbo 550cc - purple top #195500-2020, but possibly too big ? I have heard of ppl using them .
