s**t mpg \ 180km €30 Petrol help!

Right lads posted a thread bout this a good few weeks ago and tried sorting a few things but still have the problem

€30 petrol only gets me 180 km,
€10 60km

this is really annoying me and i would like to get this fixed a.s.a.p

spec is jam ecu,ported mani, decat, catback exhaust,front mount,hks dv, front mounted filter,hks actuator set at 1 bar, and new ht leads!

Tried new lambda sensor,new irdium plugs,new leads, dizzy rotor and injector o ring seals and still have the problem!

any help will be really apprieceated

Thanks lads ill try get the timing checked tomorrow morning to see if its the problem rep added for ye:)

still open to any suggestions on anything else it could be:)

went to mechanics garage today the timing gun was broke so he took the car for a spin and said they dont time cars anymore and he just advanced the distrubitor timing noa little bit for me!!!

anybody no where i can find these sensors engine Coolant Temp Sensor and air temp sensor?

heres the air temp sensor in yellow circle

and the coolant temp sensor is on the thermostat housing (yellow arrows)

thanks for that corofin12345 i have another glanza so gonna swap um over now and see how i get on will the fuel then:)

Lol! He advanced the distributor timing without a timing gun? You'll have to get that checked too lad! Don't want any melted pistons esp on the 95ron fuel.

where would i get it checked i tought the jam ecu will just adjust itself?
it seems to be running a bit better advanced a little like!

I had the same problem (mine wasn't quite as juicy) and had fault code 24 so took the air temp sensor out and gave it a clean. Cured the fault code and gained an extra 30 miles from a tank :D.

thanks man just changed the air temp sensor there now was covered in oily stuff so its spotless now hopefully it should have fixed it:)rep added for ya man

give me a shout if you want your timing done.
my dad's friend will do it for ya if ya want!
dunno what he'll charge but won't be much.
just find out what it needs to be set to and he can do it
