samco pipes

Hey Folks,

Looking abit of advice, I bought some samco pipe off ebay to replace the tired looking black ones.

The stuff I bought has a smaller inside diameter by about 2mm I was wondering if this would be ok to use or should I try and get some with the same diameters?

Probably better to get the right size imo, depending on what it's for.

the problem is is that black line for fuel,water or air then buy the correct type of hose

ask the seller what it is used for ??????

I'd be more inclined to get the same diameter as the section your replacing.

youl find it hard also to slip the smaller hose onto what ever your replacing i bet youl find so you may have no choice but to get the proper size

if its for a vac hose it should be fine, n soak the end of the new hose in boiling water, then it will go onto the pipes nicely

i also got this exact piping i think and its fine its just a real tight fit...just used some washing up liquid to get it on

ive just bought some for my bov tight fit but good fit less chance of it coming off!

Cheers folks, alot of mixed comments there, think ill just go with the correct diameter tho
